*  One of my favorite sites for having students check their writing is named Hemingwayapps!  You copy and paste your writing onto the site and it evaluates it for you.  The app then gives your writing a readability score, word count, sentence difficulty, passive voice indicator, etc.  Try it out!  Thanks C. Y. for showing the site.
